Shipping rates are based on distance shipped. Arrival time for international orders will varies by location and shipping method.

Western kitchen Limited uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and Ships time.
The ‘Ships’ time is an estimate of when the Product will leave our warehouse. For example, if a Product displays “Ships: Within 24 hours,” the product will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. While Western kitchen Limited works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
Products ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address. You can ship each product to a different address, and choose up to 15 different addresses per order.

What to Expect
Once your order ships, or is available for delivery, we’ll send you a text Mail. The text Mail will include your Product id, Product title and Language detail. Mail are sent between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your time zone.
If you’re claiming an order discrepancy, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance or before getting into shipping stage. Any inquiries past this time frame is unreasonable for us to accommodate.

Orders can be cancelled for any reason as long as the item(s) did not ship from our warehouse.
For any change/modification request after order is placed (address, Product, quantity, etc.) notify us to cancel and please reorder with the updated information.
Shipping and Order Processing Holidays
Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed, delivered or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures on all Government holidays.
Refused Delivery Package:
For Products returned to sender due to “undeliverable as addressed” or “insufficient address” shown on the tracking status, Western kitchen Limited will not responsible for this type of issue.
