Delivery is charged per cart. The total number of items shopped in a session makes a cart, and the cost per cart is determined by the delivery location.

General delivery period take 24- 72 hours which is 1-3 working days.  This doesn’t apply to products with stated delivery period under the “additional information” tab. For their deliveries are peculiar to the product.
Pre-ordered products which are shipped from overseas take 14 working days.

After successfully making an order, an e-mail is sent to you containing your order and payment details. Just after it has been completed and delivered to you, a receipt is sent to your mail. Along side your package being delivered is a hard copy receipt as well.


A wish list is a virtual shopping list provided by Western Kitchen that shows items that an individual or couple would like. Friends of the individual/couple can then search for the specific list and purchase an item from it, confident that they are buying something the individual/couple wants and will appreciate.

If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below;


Log in to your END. account.

Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a ‘CANCEL ORDER‘ button showing at the bottom of the order summary.

Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.

To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’.


Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first hour of your order being created, after this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel orders.

If the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

As at the time of writing, reimbursement can only be done via bank transfer.
